ROLE: AI Systems Generalist
Location: Hybrid / Remote | Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Head of Operations, Strategy, or Innovation
About Our Company
Our company is a multi-vertical organization with diverse departments including Human Resources, Business Development, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product, Customer Success, and IT. As AI transforms the workplace, we recognize that every one of these functions will be impacted, and we need to move decisively into this future.
However, we're not interested in simply reacting to change by purchasing the latest tools. We're choosing to lead this initiative by investing in our people and our organization. We believe staying competitive means building internal AI capability from the ground up, equipping our teams to leverage AI strategically, not just tactically.
This is a new role for our organization, created to help us expand our knowledge and implementation of AI across every function. The AI Systems Generalist will work cross-organizationally, advising and collaborating with leaders and teams in Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Product, Customer Success, IT, and beyond. This role will serve as a bridge between emerging technology and day-to-day operations across all departments, helping us move from experimentation to execution.
Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Systems Generalist to help our organization adopt AI in a practical, scalable, and business-first way. The AI Systems Generalist operates across teams and functions, translating real business problems into working AI systems.
This is not a research role, a data science position, or a software engineering job. The AI Systems Generalist is a systems-level operator focused on execution, integration, and outcomes.
