Halloween Extravaganza is a large-scale, immersive Halloween event produced by BREATHE! Exp, taking place at WORRE Studios in Las Vegas on October 31, 2025. It combines high-energy live performance, theatrical production, music, dancing, and a broadcast-style atmosphere to create a memorable cultural experience. Central to the event is a live costume contest, with categories like Scariest, Funniest, Most Creative, and Best Group, where the audience helps determine winners via live polling. Attendees can participate in person or join the action through a virtual livestream that includes interactive polls and costume features. VIP and group ticket options offer premium access, lounge entry, and special perks. The show also features professional photography, highlight reels, and rewards like trophies and cash prizes, making it both a spectacle and a competition.

The BREATHE Appreciation and Mixer, held from May 3 to May 5, 2023, at the Renaissance Hotel in Las Vegas, was an engaging event. It commenced with a casual Meet & Greet on May 3, featuring BREATHE's executive team. Guests enjoyed Hors D’ Oeuvres and networking.
On May 4, a hearty breakfast and welcome remarks by Stormie Andrews set the tone. Later, an exclusive program provided insights into the upcoming BREATHE! event. Partners and participants got a sneak peek, with opportunities for product previews and networking.
Guests toured the World Market Center Las Vegas, emphasizing strategic partnerships. Free time and brunch ensued on May 4, along with a pitch session led by Kurt Walker. The event concluded on May 5 with cultural and culinary exploration of Las Vegas.
